1. Overview

LaunchLaboratory is a non-custodial interface to public smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. This policy explains what information the Service handles, what it deliberately never collects, and the choices you have.

2. What we store

Launch records you create: the coin's name, ticker, description, artwork links, social links, the chosen launchpad, and the on-chain signature of your launch fee transaction. Most of this is either public on-chain data or content you chose to publish.

The live launch tracker stores public market data (token names, addresses, prices, market caps) retrieved from third-party providers.

3. What we never collect

We never ask for, receive, or store your seed phrase, private keys, or wallet password. Connecting a wallet shares only your public wallet address, and the Service cannot move funds without a transaction you explicitly approve and sign.

4. Data on your device

The Service stores your language preference in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

5. Third parties

Market data is retrieved from public providers (such as DexScreener, Jupiter and CoinGecko) and from the Solana blockchain itself. These requests reveal no personal information about you. Your wallet provider operates under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your choices

Because the Service is non-custodial and stores no personal identifying data, there is no account data to export or delete beyond the launch records and preferences described above. Content you publish on-chain (such as launch metadata) is permanent by nature of the blockchain and cannot be erased by us.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page, and the effective date below will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review it periodically.
